My name is Sara Watkines! I'm a licensed Massage Therapist specializing in upper body pain, headaches and migraines, dedicated to making wellness affordable. Working at the junction of Western science and Eastern Medicine, I offer a unique approach to treating chronic pain, stress and injuries. My expertise lies in an understanding of anatomy, chronic pain and the body, mind, spirit connection. My sessions are designed to be both effective and economically affordable, ensuring that you can prioritize your well-being without breaking the bank.

My specialties include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports/Range of Motion, Stretch Therapy, Cupping, Ayurvedic Massage and Kinesiology. The focus of my work is on stress relief, headaches, migraines, upper body pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and injury recovery.
